Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond, where she gained early experience through internships with both Big Four public accounting firms and outsourced accounting organizations.

After graduation, she built her career serving nonprofit, association, and corporate clients, progressing from accountant to senior accountant and manager roles. Over the past decade, she has overseen financial operations, prepared and reviewed financial statements, improved reporting processes, and supported organizations across a wide range of industries. Her diverse client experience has provided extensive expertise in multiple accounting systems, operational environments, and financial challenges.

Lauren is a licensed CPA with ten years of accounting experience. She is known for her technical expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Outside of accounting, Lauren coaches Pilates and tutors accounting students—two outlets that reflect her passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. She is a lifelong equestrian, she hopes to one day own a small farm.
